Guidelines for Flea Market and Rummage Sale Donations

First Baptist Church

(Be prepared to unload your vehicle yourself. If you can’t lift it, we don’t want it.) Please respect our volunteers and their time by donating usable items only. Local Goodwill stores and other entities may accept old clothing and linens for "thread cycling”. We cannot use clothing that is stained, faded, in need of repair, or worn out (if in doubt, throw it out).

IMPORTANT: Items left outside the church may be discarded. Scroll down for dates/times when volunteers will be available to accept your donations.

DONATIONS WE WELCOME:

Please donate items you would buy or use yourself.

• Clean, gently-worn clothing, shoes and accessories
• Clean, gently-used linens – towels, sheets/blankets/comforters, tablecloths, placemats, fabric
• Craft supplies such as yarn, needles, patterns, etc.
• Small working appliances
• Jewelry
• Household items without cracks, chips or stains
• Sports equipment in working order
• Pictures and wall hangings
• Toys that are intact; all pieces
• Books – paperback or hardback; no encyclopedias or reference books
• Tools
• Electronic items that work
• Plants

Saturday, October 15, 2022 1 – 3 PM

Wednesday, October 19, 2922 1 – 5 PM

Thursday, October 20, 2022 1 – 4 PM

Donations must be brought to the Broadway Street (Route 2A) door labeled “RUMMAGE SALE DONATIONS HERE”.
